Abstract:
The Gel Logic 4000 PRO is the newest addition to the Gel Logic line of in vitro imagers. This new system is fully automated for premium luminescent,
UV-fluorescent, colorimetric, and radioisotopic image captures. New features include an upgraded cooled 4.2MP scientific grade camera, f/0.95 lens, and motorized sample platform to take your molecular imaging research to a whole new level. Aimed at the basic research community, the GL 4000 PRO offers integrated trans-UV, epi-white light, trans-white light illumination for versatile imaging of protein and DNA based gels. With this system, luminescent imaging of blots and plate assays can now be conducted faster than ever before. In addition, this new Gel Logic system is capable of radiological imaging of in vitro samples in a digital format, further adding to the application capabilities of the  Gel Logic line of imagers. Automated controls adjust and optimize the lens focus, FOV, f-stop, and exposure of the sample, simplifying image capture and workflow.
