Ralph E. Olney, Chief Human Resources Officer

Ralph E. Olney is Chief Human Resources Officer and is a member of the company’s senior leadership team. In this role, he leads the company’s worldwide Human Resources team—with a focus on employee development, talent acquisition, goal-setting and employee feedback processes.
Prior to this role, he was Chief Quality Officer for Carestream Health, and was responsible for implementing the Exceed Customer Experience program, Lean and Six Sigma programs, as well as other quality-driven business practices across the organization.

Mr. Olney has previously held other senior management positions with Carestream Health, including Vice President, Global Business Operations; and General Manager, Medical Film and Printing Solutions, Global Manufacturing—for which he managed all global manufacturing facilities as well as the division’s supply chain and logistics operations. He also served as Worldwide Flow Manager, Digital Media, as well as Plant Manager of Carestream Health’s White City, Oregon, manufacturing facility.  Before Carestream Health, Mr. Olney held several prominent leadership roles with Eastman Kodak Company and, in total, has more than 30 years’ experience in manufacturing and quality management positions.

Mr. Olney holds a B.S.. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Rhode Island.  He has also completed executive development and training programs with Columbia University and the University of Michigan.
